DIABETES CAN BE VERY DANDEROUS!!!

Diabetes can be very dangerous, do you know that? More than 17million people suffer from diabetes in the country today according to the U.S. Department of health and human services. Diabetes occurs when all of the sugar and carbohydrates that a person consumes are not use properly. The pancreas produces too much insulin, thus creating high blood sugar. Diabetes can be very dangerous leading to heart and kidney disease, stroke, blindness, hypertension and even to death. Eat salmon at least once a week for omega-3s, and avoid all fatty fried foods. Also avoid cow's milk and alcohol.
